This 6 level residential tower is a narrow site with a north-south
orientation that overlooks the parklands on Adelaide’s southern
fringe. Cantilevered balconies and abundant glazing maximise views to
the parklands on the south and exposure to sunlight and views to the
north. A curvilinear screening device was employed to compensate for
unwanted symmetry that was generated by central egress requirements
and a service core to the front façade of the building. |
