The design was carried out in support of a prospectus to raise funds
for the construction of the golf course and clubhouse complex. The building
is sited to maximise views to the 1st and 18th holes with a general
northern aspect. Facilities provided include a members bar, sprig bar,
dining room and change areas. Strong horizontal elements and large cantilevered
roof overhangs maintains a low profile building that is in keeping with
the "links" character of the course. |
