The Lion Restaurant has been a consistent winner of fine dining awards and a nationally well respected contemporary dining venue since its' opening in 1997.

The refurbished interior is a result of a collaboration between David Dawson Architects, altis Interior Designers and Jam Factory Artists.

The fitout was sucessfully conducted within a period of a week in the fully operational hotel.
