Ongoing work at the State Heritage listed Chateau Tanunda progresses towards the establishment of a boutique hotel and basket press winery within the existing buildings, which date from the 1890’s. To June 2005, a Cellar Door Sales area, and Function Facilities have been completed along with the Restoration of the existing facades and landscaping.

A master plan was undertaken for the site and buildings with options considered for the long term development of winery and accommodation facilities.
